Submission Guidelines

Submissions should align with the themes of environment, sustainability, and climate justice.

We encourage a diverse range of topics within these themes, including but not limited to climate change, conservation, renewable energy, policy analysis, and environmental justice.

Articles should be well-researched and based on credible sources

Clear and concise writing is essential. Avoid jargon and aim to make your content accessible to a broad readership.

Visual aids such as images, charts, and infographics are welcome, but ensure they are relevant and properly credited.

Authors should maintain a respectful and balanced tone, acknowledging various perspectives on environmental and sustainability issues.

Submissions should be between 1,200 and 1,500 words. Longer or shorter articles may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Longer pieces may be divided into two posts at the sole discretion of the editorial board.

Co-author (total of two authors) submissions are permitted.

We maintain a strict plagiarism policy. Submissions must be the original work of the author. All submissions will be subjected to plagiarism checks, and any content with more than a 15% similarity index will be automatically disapproved.

The editorial board of GCESCJ will evaluate all submissions on the following criteria:-

depth of research and analysis

novelty of arguments
-
nature of the topic - the editorial board prefers contemporary topics within the domain of the focus area of the blog

The blogs will be reviewed on a rolling basis.

Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks for us to process your submission and respond with feedback or a decision. You will be informed of the status of your submission as soon as our review process is complete.

Copyright Policy
By making a submission to GCESCJ, the author(s) agrees to grant non-exclusive, royalty free rights to GCESCJ to publish and promote their content on the platform. Due authorship credit shall be given to the author.
